St.
Patrick's Day

Top o' the mornin' to ya!
Let's learn a little bit about leprechauns, their
pots of gold,
St. Patrick, and the history behind this interesting day.
What is a Leprechaun anyway?
Leprechauns are shoemakers for fairies that live in
Ireland.
According to Irish tradition, a leprechaun possesses a pot of gold.
The story is that
if you catch one you can make him tell you where he hides his gold.
No one has caught one yet....but start looking today!!
Capturing a leprechaun is very difficult.
Even after capturing the leprechaun,
you may not take his eyes off of him for a second,
for then the leprechaun will vanish.

What's so special about a 4-leaf clover?
Four-leaf clovers are a sign of good luck.
The first three leaves of the clover stand for HOPE, FAITH, and LOVE,
the fourth leaf stands for LUCK.
