Program Description

Be smart—don’t become a victim of identity theft and scams!  Christa Cummings of First Merchants Bank in New Palestine will equip you with the knowledge and skills that you need to protect yourself from identity theft and fraud. Common types of scams, simple ways to avoid fraud, and steps to take if your identity is stolen will be discussed.  By the end of this program, you will be a savvy scam avoider!

Christa Cummings is a Client Relationship Representative at First Merchants Bank in New Palestine. In addition to over 25 years of banking experience, she served as a librarian and assistant manager at the Anderson Public Library for several years.  A graduate of New Palestine High School, Butler University, and IU Indianapolis, she resides in Greenfield with her very cute but mischievous cat, Teddy.
